Program Description
Welcome to Teens Stage 1 Mixed Apparatus! This class was designed specifically for teens who are ready to explore the world of aerial arts — all in one exciting class. Over 4 structured weeks, Flyers will get hands-on time with three classic aerial apparatuses: silk, hammock, and hoop (lyra).
Whether you're brand new to aerial or just getting started, this class builds the foundational strength, body awareness, and confidence every aerial athlete needs. It's the perfect launchpad for your aerial journey.
Classes meet on the specified day and time for 4 weeks. Using our Sky Bound Skill Trackers, Flyers may repeat Stage 1 to reinforce their foundation or progress to the next stage when they're ready. Captains will check in with parents on the last day of class to recommend the best next step for each Flyer.
