Flyers ages 13–16 explore three exciting aerial apparatuses — silk, hammock, and hoop — learning foundational mounts, beginner poses, and essential skills over 4 structured weeks.

Program Description
Welcome to Teen Stage 1! In this class, Flyers will master the essentials of 3 aerial apparatuses including:
- Silks- 2 foundational climbs and foot locks, as well as beginner tricks and poses.
- Hammock- several ways to enter the hammock, as well as beginner tricks, poses, and even a drop!
- Lyra (Hoop)- 3 essential mounts, beginner poses, and even some combos!
Classes will meet on the specified day and time for 4 weeks. Using our Sky Bound Skill Trackers, Flyers may either repeat Stage 1 to strengthen their foundational skills or progress to Stage 2. Captains will check in with parents on the last day of class to help recommend and schedule the most appropriate next class.
